• No Liability for Incorrect Sizing: Tipped Off cannot be held responsible, and will not issue refunds or replacements, if a customer orders the incorrect size. If you are unsure of your size, we highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before placing a full order.

2. Order Processing and Production

• Turnaround Time: Because our sets are handcrafted and made-to-order, production times may vary. Standard processing time is typically 3 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Peak Seasons: Production times may extend during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). Any changes to standard processing times will be clearly communicated on our website.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Courier Services: We use The Courier Guy to deliver across South Africa.
• Delivery Timeframes: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location (major hubs vs. regional areas).
• Shipping Liabilities: Tipped Off is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or packages lost/damaged in transit once they have handed over to the courier. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

• Hygiene and Custom Nature: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we have made a mistake on our end (e.g., sent the wrong design or size than what was ordered), or if the product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photographic proof, and we will gladly resolve the issue.

• Payment Methods: All payments must be cleared securely through our integrated website payment gateways before production begins.
• Pricing: Prices for our collections (including specialized sets like Mamba Mocha or Snow Scale) are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and processed.

• Application and Aftercare: Customers must follow the provided application and aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the longevity of the nails and the health of their natural nails.
• Disclaimer: Tipped Off is not responsible for any damage to your natural nails, skin reactions, or injuries resulting from the application, wear, or removal of our press-on nails, glue, or adhesive tabs. Use at your own discretion.
